INTRODUCTION

Natural Partners, LLC and its affiliates (herein referred to as “Mytavin”, “we,” “our,” or “us”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through compliance with this Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to our website www.mytavin.com (collectively the “Site”) and describes how we handle your information and the choices available to you regarding the collection, use, access, and how to update and correct your information. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Privacy Statement shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable, like your name, address, email address, phone number, and login information (account name or number, password), and that is not otherwise publicly available. We collect personal information from you when you access the sites, when you sign up for our newsletters, and when you contact us. We may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from third parties. This helps us to improve the sites and to deliver better, more personalized services to you.

THIRD PARTY WEB ANALYTICS SERVICES

We may use third party web analytics services such as Google Analytics on or in connection with our operation of the Site. The service providers that administer these services use technologies such as cookies, web server logs and web beacons to help us analyze how visitors use the site.

The information collected through these means (including IP address) is disclosed to these service providers, who use the information to evaluate use of the website. You may deactivate the ability of these analytics services to analyze your browsing activities on this site. These providers of third-party web analytics services have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. We do not control what these providers do with information they collect.

DO NOT TRACK REQUESTS

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell any personal information. We may share your personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
  • With your consent.

We may also share aggregated information about our users or visitors to the Site, and information that does not directly identify any individual.

If you do not wish to have your email address/contact information used by Mytavin to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to support@mytavin.com or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in email communications received by you. You may still receive certain operational emails regarding non-promotional materials.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO OTHER JURISDICTIONS

Mytavin is located in the United States.  If you are located outside of the United States, your personal information may be transferred and proceed within the United States as part of our normal business operations. Data protection laws vary from country to country, and may be different from the country from where you access the Site. By using our website or services, you consent to the transfer and processing of personal information by Mytavin and our third party service providers who perform services on our behalf based on our instructions. We may also transfer your personal information between the offices of our affiliates in the U.S. and Canada

ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION

We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. If we cannot verify that the request for information, or to change information, came from you and you are authorized to make such a request, we may not be able to comply with your request. 

DATA SECURITY

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no system or network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and we do not guarantee its security. Additionally, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Site. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our Site may provide links to other websites for your convenience and information. These websites may operate independently from us. Linked sites may have their own privacy notices or policies, which we strongly suggest you review if you visit any linked websites. To the extent any linked websites you visit are not owned or controlled by us, we are not responsible for the sites’ content, any use of the sites, or the privacy practices of the sites.

Retention

Our retention periods for personal information are based on business needs and legal requirements. We retain personal information as necessary, for the processing purposes for which the information was collected and any other permissible, related purpose.

MINORS

This site is not directed at children under the age of eighteen, and you are not permitted to access the Site if you are under eighteen years old. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of eighteen on the Site, we will delete the information from our records. To make such a request, please contact us.

ADDITIONAL STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who use our services and provide personal information are entitled to request and obtain certain information about the customer information we have shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. This information would include the categories of customer information as well as the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information. Nevada consumers have the right to instruct us not to “sell” “covered information” as those terms are defined by Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes. We do not currently “sell” “covered information” of Nevada “consumers,” and we have no plans to do so. In the event we choose to sell covered information in the future, we will update this online privacy policy to provide an opportunity for Nevada consumers to be verified and exercise their opt-out rights under that law.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we modify our Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version here, with an updated revision date. You agree to visit these pages periodically to be aware of and review any such revisions. By continuing to use our Site after such revisions are in effect, you accept and agree to the revisions and to abide by them
